The project

A civic map for a shared public resource.

Hydria began with a simple act: refilling a bottle. It collects and shares information about Refill Points through the people who know and care for them.

Hydria is still in Alpha.

Alpha means Hydria is already usable, but it is still being developed and validated: features, data and coverage may change, and errors may still occur.

Database population in progress

We are progressively populating the European database with Refill Points from OpenStreetMap (OSM). Coverage is not yet complete.

Points still to be verified

Refill Points imported automatically from OSM enter Hydria as unverified. Details such as availability, accessibility, drinkability and operating status still need confirmation by the community or Water Angels.
